Deflector 19

The official launch of Deflector 19 project will serve to prove the benefits of Petestep technology in offshore racing. 

Petestep’s unique hull technology in fundamental for this boat’s design, which increases efficiency and comfort at high speeds, enabling both far higher top speed and average speed during an offshore race. 

This 19 foot boat will weigh 740 kg race-ready with crew and fuel, and is predicted to reach speeds above 70 knots / 80 mph with a single 115 hp outboard. Learnings from this project will be applied to next generation’s planing boats to ensure they become even more efficient, sustainable to use and to deliver unprededented experiences on the water.
